Basic Membership includes:

• Access to MBEX's Online Plan Room, including an unlimited number of plan room users (each with their own unique login).
  • Inside MBEX's plan room, Basic Members have access to: a general project overview; bid dates and times; bidders' lists and bid results; development and ownership team information; the ability to set up search filters utilizing CSI (division).
• Invitations to year-round networking and educational events.
• Receipt of a nightly email sharing updates on search filter results, all new projects, and tracked project changes.
• Automatic subscription to the MBEX Weekly Bulletin.
• Complimentary company listing in the annual MBEX Membership Directory & Buyers Guide, both in print and online.

Premium Membership includes:

• Access to the Online Plan Room, including an unlimited number of plan room users (each with their own unique login).
  • Inside MBEX's plan room, Premium Members have access to all benefits listed under Basic Membership
  • PLUS: Options to view, download, save, and print project plans, specs, and addenda; company tracking, and setting up search filters utilizing CSI (division) and SAM (keyword).
• Invitations to year-round networking and educational events.
• Receipt of a nightly email sharing updates on search filter results, all new projects, tracked project changes, and tracked company updates.
• Subscription to both the MBEX Weekly Bulletin and Pre-Plan Pipeline newsletters. (The Pre-Plan Pipeline showcases projects in the earliest stages of development across Minnesota and nearby regions.)
• Complimentary company listing in the annual MBEX Membership Directory & Buyers Guide, both in print and online.
